​Hello! I’m Shan, Founder and Transformation Director of Aspire Business Consulting. For over two and a half decades, I’ve helped organisations across Finance, Retail, Utilities, Media, Entertainment, and Government sectors reimagine how they operate, lead, and deliver impact.
My work focuses on Organisational Design, Change Enablement, and Business Transformation — guiding leaders to build clarity, capability, and adaptability in complex environments.

Having worked as both an internal and external organisation design specialist for global consulting firms and FTSE 100 companies, I’ve led transformation programmes ranging from operating model redesigns to large-scale strategic change initiatives.

Over the years, I noticed a recurring challenge: strategies often lacked clarity, were poorly communicated, or disconnected from execution. Too often, organisations relied on reshuffling org charts, believing structural tweaks alone could solve deeper systemic issues.
Aspire was founded to change that.
At Aspire, I help leaders connect strategy to structure, enable teams to perform, and co-create change rather than impose it. My approach blends diagnostic precision with empathy — designing future-fit operating models, workforce strategies, and transformation pathways that deliver sustainable performance and human impact.
I’m passionate about helping organisations embed sustainability, community contribution, and AI-enabled ways of working into their DNA — ensuring transformation is not just successful, but meaningful.
